Latest and fastest update

The Starhub Saga is over,i'm waived 6200+ worth of bill from Starhub and only need to pay $138.20 for the 2 month usage of Feb to March. The insane 4.1k + 2k GEE charges will all be waived due to the "fact" they mention that i'm not the first case that have such issue apparently some other guy blackberry's screen turn white too and incur gig worth of data as well

The Result is as follow...

Talking to CSO for 1 month + = Need to pay , maybe get 5-10% waived or pay by installment

Talking to a duty manager for 25min = Waived

There you have it ...in Singapore the only way to get things done is talk to upper management which bring us to a new qns.. then why need Customer service officer? They cant make decision , they cant provide solution and they cant give you a definite YES or No to stuff.... the only good thing is CSO are to deflect the anger of a customer before reaching the management... sighz its no wonder our Customer Service in singapore is so condenmed cause CSO are lowly paid , everyday tio kan and work long hour...

Anyway for blackberry user please note that if your screen turn white while surfing please quickly remove shutdown your phone and call up starhub.. if not you will encounter this problem i encountered...the phone will auto refresh the site for unlimited amount of time incuring untold charges
